WASHINGTON STATE INVESTMENT BOARD SELECTS FIDELITY TO MANAGE INTERNATIONAL MANDATE |
BOSTON, October 27, 2004 -- Fidelity Investments today announced Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) selected Fidelity Management Trust Company to manage about $500 million in an international portfolio on behalf of its defined benefit pension plan.
The portfolio will be invested in Fidelity's International Growth discipline, which seeks to provide long-term capital growth via a diversified portfolio of large- , medium- , and small-cap companies in Europe, Japan, and the Pacific Basin.
