Custom Investment Solutions
- Company Stock Fund. Solutions provided through offering Unitized, Real Time or Share accounted Stock Funds
- Custom Lifestyle/Lifecycle ("Strategy") Funds. Lifestyle/Lifecycle accounts are custom investment options created by plan sponsors for investments by plan participants. Each custom option is composed of a number of components in any combination of:
- Mutual Funds (Fidelity and non-Fidelity managed)
- Commingled Funds (Fidelity and non-Fidelity managed)
- Separate Accounts (Fidelity and non-Fidelity)
- Actively Managed Separate Accounts. An actively managed separate account is a private investment fund managed by either Fidelity or an external money manager for a specific plan or client.
- Investment Management products. Fidelity offers an array of investment product solutions through FMR retail mutual funds, Pyramis Global Advisors Institutional Commingled Pools, LLCs and FMTC US Equity Index and Stable Value Commingled Pools.
- Outsourcing Solutions. Fidelity Pension AdvantageSM; is a multi-manager outsourcing solution designed to streamline pension management and mitigate risk
Trust Services
- Trust Administration. Trust services account managers provide oversight for all your trust services needs. The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day trust and custody servicing including expense processing, custody and trade settlement, daily valuation and accounting, portfolio rebalancing, trust/recordkeeping reconciliation, cash management, trust reporting, performance measurement, and portfolio analytics.
- Daily Valuation and Accounting. Our institutional accounting team calculates your NAVs nightly and works with the recordkeeping operations to keep accounts in balance. Utilizing our proprietary allocation system, this team also monitors all rebalancing fund of funds. We also have a Quality Group which supports the accounting team by providing oversight for manual and non-standard processing ensuring the accuracy and quality or our accounting services.
- Investment Manager Support. The trade services team, established to focus on servicing our institutional clients, works in conjunction with investment managers and sub-custodians in order to provide a seamless, fully integrated global custody product.
- Trust and Performance Reporting. Daily performance calculations, production of periodic trust reports, and custom report requests are responsibilities of the trust reporting group. The combination of our industry knowledge providing comprehensive trust services to sophisticated institutional clients and our ability to leverage Fidelity's vast infrastructure with respect to investment manager administration and daily valuation enables us to deliver superior trust services.
- Accounting. Fidelity utilizes Sungard's Invest One accounting system for our institutional assets. Invest One is a real-time, multi-currency general ledger based accounting system capable of handling all types of investment portfolios, security classes and transactions. All accounting services are performed in a daily operating model which requires all accounts to be reconciled and valued at the end of each business day.
- Performance Measurement. Our trust reporting group calculates your daily performance information for non-mutual fund investment options. Our proprietary performance systems receive final NAVs and reconciled security and transaction data from our accounting system every day. We are compliant with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®).
- Reporting:
- Quality and accuracy of information is the primary focus of our institutional accounting team. Additionally, all manually input transactions are subject to supervisory review and systemic reconciliation and quality edits.
- Monthly audited trust reports are available in hard copy and our online Client Website.
