Christian Pariseault
Head of OCIO and Institutional Portfolio Managers
Christian Pariseault is head of the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) business and head of Institutional Portfolio Managers at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. Pariseault is responsible for the development and implementation of OCIO business strategy, growth targets, and objectives, as well as driving our external brand in the marketplace. He also leads a team of fixed income, equity, asset allocation and alternatives institutional portfolio managers (IPMs), and investment directors who engage with Fidelity's clients to develop investment strategies, discuss current market and investment trends, and help them understand Fidelity's diverse investment capabilities to meet their distinct investment needs. He also leads Investment thought leadership, overseeing a team that generates foundational research, product insights, and market commentary for institutional and intermediary market segments.
Prior to assuming his current position in December of 2021, Mr. Pariseault led the fixed income and global asset allocation IPM teams focused on the management, innovation, development, and delivery of fixed income strategies, target date strategies, and multi-asset class solutions. Previously, he served as senior vice president and director of bonds for North America. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving the institutional fixed income business globally and for leading the fixed income institutional portfolio management team.
Before joining Fidelity in 2006, Mr. Pariseault was a fixed income portfolio manager at Deutsche Asset Management, and a senior credit analyst covering tax-backed municipal bonds and higher education. He has been in the financial industry since 1993.
Mr. Pariseault earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Saint Michael's College. Mr. Pariseault serves as an internal board member of the Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company (FIAMTC) and the Fidelity Management Trust Company (FMTC). In addition, he chairs the Investment Trust and Oversight Committee for both FIAMTC and FMTC. He also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
