- ^ Effective 5/15/18, the maximum front-end sales charge of Class A Units for all Fidelity Advisor 529 Plan portfolios (that impose a front-end sale charge) were reduced to 3.50%.
- * The actual sales charge you pay may be higher or lower than these, calculated using these percentages, due to rounding. The impact of rounding may vary, depending on the amount of your investment and the size of the class' unit value without sales charge.
- 1. For accounts opened before 6/25/03, old Class A pricing for Age-Based and Static Portfolios will apply.
- 2. A finder's fee equal to 1.00% on Class A Units is paid to investment professionals only in connection with purchases of $1 million or more. Units sold by investment professionals who receive a finder's fee will be subject to a CDSC of 1.00% of the lesser of the cost of the Units at the date of purchase or the value of the Units at the time of redemption.
- 3. Class C Units purchased on or after 6/8/17 (Effective Date) will automatically convert to Class A Units five years from the date of the original purchase of such Class C Units. Any Class C Units purchased prior to the Effective Date and held for a period of five years from the date of the original purchase will automatically convert to Class A Units beginning on or about 10/9/17. All conversions will be made on the basis of the relative net asset values of the two classes, without imposition of any sales load, fee, or other charge and will not count against the annual exchange limit.
- 4. Contingent deferred sales charge will not be charged if redemption is for a qualified distribution or certain nonqualified distributions.
- 5. Trail begins in month 13. See offering statement for additional information.
- 6. Institutional Class of Units ("Class I Units") is available for sale to Participants who purchase Units through a broker dealer, registered investment adviser, trust institution, or bank department that has elected to make available for purchase such Class I Units to their clients. Such Participants include but are not limited to those (i) who participate in the Plan's Workplace Program through a broker dealer, registered investment advisor, trust institution, or a bank department that has elected to make available for purchase such Class I Units to their clients and (ii) whose Portfolio Units have been exchanged by Fidelity from a Class of Units of a Portfolio held in such Account to Class I Units of the same Portfolio. Class I Units are not subject to front-end sales charges, contingent deferred sales charges, or distribution fees. Please check with your financial representative to determine whether Class I Units are available for purchase through your financial representative's firm.
