- 1. A finder's fee equal to 1.00% on Class A Units is paid to investment professionals only in connection with purchases of $1 million or more. Units sold by investment professionals who receive a finder's fee will be subject to a CDSC of 1.00% of the lesser of the cost of the Units at the date of purchase or the value of the Units at the time of redemption.

Class I Units are not subject to front-end sales charges, contingent deferred sales charges, or distribution fees.
