The term "prospectus" used herein, refers to both the statutory prospectus and the summary prospectus.

For Investors

You represent that you are receiving this electronic information attached by file or via hyperlink (hereafter referred to as "Materials") following discussion(s) with an investment professional.

You agree that you shall not alter or modify the Materials in any manner whatsoever. You acknowledge that the Materials are the property of Fidelity Investments and/or its licensors and that except as expressly provided herein, you receive no rights to any property, intellectual or tangible, associated with the Materials or their contents.

Any information related to fund performance has been preceded by a prospectus.

Enclosed for your review may be Materials ("Materials" refer to electronic advertising and sales literature, correspondence, regulatory documents including prospectuses, annual reports and semiannual reports, URL(s), and forms(s) or application(s) attached by file or via hyperlink) that Fidelity is providing to you for the limited purpose of your advance use of the Materials.

For retirement account forms and applications, you accept responsibility for delivering the Fidelity Advisor IRA Custodial Agreement, Disclosure Statement and Statement of Fees or the Fidelity Advisor Roth IRA Custodial Agreement, Disclosure Statement and Statement of Fees to the Depositor named in the Account Application.
